Dr. Michael Enman is a Calgary psychologist with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals, families, and couples successfully address the challenges in their lives.
His private practice provides both therapy and consultation services. His areas of expertise include: working with emotions (e.g., Depression, Anxiety, BPD, Bi-polar disorders I or II); (Adult) ADHD; interpersonal problems; couple issues and related conflict; and family challenges and concerns.
Dr. Enman is trained in a number of theoretical and treatment approaches to working with individuals, couples and families, These include, but are not limited to: Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Gottman Method (of couple therapy), and Emotion-Focused Couple Therapy.
Dr. Enman maintains an active interest in teaching/consultation, and has taught for over 10 years at a number of Western Universities. He currently supervises students, residents, and provisional psychologists, and he has several faculty appointments with the University of Calgary.
